MEET OUR PRESIDENT
Dr. Coy has been locally and nationally recognized for her dedication and commitment to serving her community. In May 2011, Sam was featured in Fairbridge Magazine. In 2006 she was awarded the prestigious "Hero Among Us" Award issued by People Magazine. The Boston Globe, Worcester Telegram & Gazette, CBS News Early Show and WBZ Talk Radio have also featured the work Dr. Coy has done to improve the quality of life of the people and community Stakeholders.
EDUCATION
Dr. H. Sam Coy is a native of Worcester, MA graduating from South High School with a full academic scholarship to any college or university within the United States. Dr. Coy attended Northeastern University and graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. She then attended Massachusetts School of Law (Andover) and attained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree. Additionally, Sam attended Harvard University Extension School for two years and has obtained an MBA from Nichols College.
Dr. Coy's Ph.D. is in Law and Public Policy in which her doctoral work and research premised on nonprofit sustainability through the use of funder-required performance measures.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Coy has worked in the Non-Profit world for 18 years. Accordingly, she spent some time as a 3:03 Certified Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office. Additionally, Dr. works with SaaS Model Enterprise Solutions. She consults with businesses to use technology to predict future market trends, enable data-based decision making, and to develop more effective reporting of relevant data for better business solutions.
Dr. Coy has been responsible for project management initiatives overseeing, building and maintaining software systems, which includes customization of measurable outcomes for tracking, analyzing and measuring data and impact for clients.
